Wide Range of Customers - Our core business attracts the coveted 25-50 year old female and crosses ethnic and racial lines to appeal to a wide variety customers.
Simple Business Model - Our studios have little inventory and only 3 to 8 employees (Lash Artist) per location. Franchisees do not need to have previous experience in the beauty industry.
Multi-Unit, Semi Absentee - Deka Lash is a technology driven company. Our cloud based software, Virtual Receptionist, online appointment scheduling, and inbound call center, allow our franchisees to track their business wherever they are. Our founders, Michael & Jennifer Blair operate their 4 existing stores with only “about 10 hours a week of involvement”.
Low Cost - Our time to open and cost for a salon is significantly reduced by not having to incur a significant build out. Additionally, we offer discounts and larger reserved areas on 3 & 5 packs to encourage multi-unit development.
High Potential Return - The stores in the Item 19 of our FDD have an average of over $85,000 of profit per store and that was only being open 5 ½ days per week. We have moved to 7 days a week this year in those stores.
Recurring Revenue - Eyelash extensions are incredibly addictive. Client refills are needed every 2-3 weeks to maintain their eyelash extensions. Additionally, we are able to capture additional revenue through add-on services such as brow shaping, brow tinting and private label product sales
