The Bar-B-Q is slow cooked every night at each location to ensure our customers the best taste and quality. We complement the Bar-B-Q and southern friend chicken with a variety of side dishes. These include cole slaw, potato salad, brunswick stew, baked beans, french fries, and hushpuppies. Our menu has been perfected with years of successful operation.
Smithfield’s Chicken ‘N Bar-B-Q focuses on the quality of food, speed of service, and hospitality. The Smithfield’s Chicken ‘N Bar-B-Q dining concept combines fast food and table service. This variation of counter service delivers great hospitality without intensive personnel requirements. Guests order at the counter, then are invited to be seated in our dining room. Co-workers rush the orders to the table. This system allows us to deliver a high level of service capable of meeting our customer’s expectations and needs efficiently.
