Each owner purchases and owns their Genmega G2500 ATM machines outright. Bankline provides the infrastructure needed to launch the business, including identifying and securing qualified locations, negotiating location agreements, coordinating installation and setup, arranging transaction processing, monitoring the machines and providing ongoing operational support.
Owners may choose between a fully managed or semi-passive operating model. With Bankline’s optional Vault Cash Program, professional cash loaders supply and replenish the cash inside the machines for approximately $0.80–$0.95 per completed transaction, making the business largely passive for the owner. Those who prefer to supply and load their own cash may operate under the semi-passive model, with Bankline providing onsite training and continued support. In either model, owners can monitor transactions, machine activity and portfolio performance through a secure online reporting portal.
More importantly, owners are not simply purchasing ATM machines—they are building a transferable portfolio of machines, established locations, operating agreements and documented transaction history. After approximately one year of operating history, an owner may have the option to market and sell the portfolio to another investor. Established ATM portfolios are sometimes valued at approximately three to four times annual portfolio revenue, depending on transaction consistency, location quality, operating expenses, contracts, equipment condition and buyer demand. Any future valuation or resale price is determined by the market and is not guaranteed by Bankline.
