Founded on Main Street in downtown Bozeman, MT, the seed for the concept that has grown into what GigWorx is today, came from necessity out of the brain of our Founder, Matt Alvarez. Matt grew up in and around the staffing industry via his family’s traditional staffing company in the Midwest. Even though he forged his own path that led him to managing variable workforces in the construction industry, he knew that there had to be a better way to manage a workforce like he was, with technology at the heart of it, giving the control to both employer and employee.
