Founder Alexa Centeno got her start staging her own home in Boca Raton, Florida — styled so well a prospective buyer wanted to purchase the furniture, too — then tested the market back in Massachusetts, where the brand is now headquartered in Needham and has grown into a recognized name in luxury staging serving discerning clients across hundreds of towns and cities.
You don't need a design degree to build a Vella Haus business — Alexa doesn't have one either. What you need is drive, a willingness to build relationships with realtors and builders, and the ability to follow a proven playbook. Vella Haus was built for exactly that kind of owner: home-based, no retail storefront required, and structured to run semi-absentee, with a designated operator handling day-to-day execution while you focus on sales, relationships, and growing your territory.
Every VELLA HAUS franchisee gets a fully built-out system: an attorney-audited FDD, hands-on training at our Needham, MA showroom (available virtually as well), a proven sales and design process from first consultation to final photos, and ongoing marketing support. Founding territory pricing is currently open for our first group of franchisees, alongside a discount for active-duty military and veterans.
